Marintec China, the largest maritime event in the Asia-Pacific region, is set to return in 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 2-5 December.
Organised by Informa Markets in conjunction with the Shanghai Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers, Marintec China brings together maritime companies to showcase their latest innovations to an audience of industry leaders and professionals from across the world on the exhibition floor. Returning for the 2025 event will be the Marintec Innovation Hub, a dedicated area on the exhibition floor where innovators can showcase their products and solutions to an audience of professionals.
A new extension will be featured for the first time at Marintec 2025: Marintec Innovation – Energytec. The event will explore the solutions bridging the gap between the maritime industry and sustainable energy practices. It will allow global enterprises to explore next-generation technologies and collaborate across the green energy supply chain, with the aim of accelerating the industry’s decarbonisation.
The 2025 fair will also feature Marintec Cruise Interiors 2025, a focused event to showcase the latest trends from the Asian cruise interiors industry. Attendees will be able to see a range of designs for onboard spaces firsthand, from staterooms to entertainment spaces.
Running concurrently to Marintec China will be the Senior Maritime Forum, a conference that will provide a platform for shipbuilders, shipowners, suppliers and decisionmakers from organisations worldwide to gather and share insights into critical challenges for the industry.
Also taking place alongside the exhibition will be the Marintec Roundtable, a closed-door meeting where industry leaders, government officials and key industry stakeholders will discuss and address important issues in the maritime industry, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and networking.
