66 Degrees Expeditions has adopted the cruisePAL suite of solutions onboard its expedition cruise vessel, Seaventure.

The web-based, cloud-ready cruisePAL SMS solutions now helps the cruise line to manage onboard hotel operations. CruisePAL POS will provide immediate sales visibility to crew in bars, restaurants, boutiques and beauty salons, while cruisePAL Inventory will support 66 Degrees Expeditions’ material flow.

All areas and aspects important for inventory management are covered from a single solution, allowing for the management and tracking of stock levels, orders and sales of products within a vessel. The cruise line also chose IssuTrax Lite, a solution which is intended to streamline unplanned maintenance tasks, optimise guest interactions and provide internal and external communication.

A cruisePAL team embarked Seaventure in Lisbon, Portugal to install the solutions before supporting the crew during the ship’s inaugural cruise to Reykjavik, Iceland.

“We would like to thank the entire 66 degrees Expeditions team for their invaluable support and hospitality,” said Peter Winqvist, managing director of cruisePAL. “We are happy to welcome them as our new customer and looking forward to many years of fruitful collaboration.”
