International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI) encourages its members to celebrate World Interiors Day on 28 May 2022.

The theme for the day is ‘Pride of the Past, an Incentive for the Future’, which was selected by IFI members at the 29th IFI General Assemble in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The day will celebrate innovation and a forwardlook at design, while honouring the the value of learning from the past.

IFI invites attendees to showcase their work, learn from a design-aware community, network and talk to local governments about the relevance of interior architecture and design.

The association encourages designers to collaborate internationally, either physically or digitally. Some ideas include planning a virtual ‘pub’ debate, roundtable or symposium, making a movie, or engaging with new designers online.
