Crystal has released new suite renderings for Crystal Grace, the all-suite, all-veranda ship debuting in May 2028. The redesigned accommodations include expanded storage, and select suites will feature expansive wraparound verandas, a first for the brand.
Designed by cruise ship architectural firm GEM, with art direction and interior design coordination by Studio Ibsen, the ship features 377 suites. The ship will accommodate 650 guests based on double occupancy and measure 61,800 gross tons, with an overall layout intended to balance intimacy, space and contemporary elegance.
“From the very beginning of Crystal Grace’s design process we prioritised listening to our guests,” said Cristina Levis, CEO of parent company Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group. “Their preferences, their habits and the way they live while at sea informed every decision we made. These suites reflect a thoughtful evolution of space, comfort and accessibility, delivering the elevated residential feeling our guests have asked for while preserving the elegance and intimacy that define the Crystal experience.”
Each suite will be attended by a Crystal butler providing personalised, anticipatory service, supported by a curated pillow menu, Jesurum 1870 bed linens and beds designed for optimal sleep comfort.
Guest Rooms with Veranda offer two hundred thirty square feet of space and a fifty-seven–square foot private veranda, along with a living area, walk-in shower and built-in closet. Additional overhead storage has been added to increase convenience.
Aquamarine Veranda Suites measure 333 square feet and include a vanity area, sofa and daily afternoon canapés. Each suite features an eighty-five–square foot veranda. Some layouts include both a shower and bathtub, while others offer a larger walk-in shower and walk-in closet. ADA Aquamarine Veranda Suites measure 341 square feet and offer full accessibility across the bedroom, bathroom and veranda.

Verandas measure 113 square feet, and select suites feature 344 square feet of wraparound veranda space.
Junior Penthouse Suites measure 845 square feet with a 227–square foot veranda. They include walk-in closets, separate living and dining areas, a Jacuzzi bathtub with separate shower and a guest bathroom. Guests also receive unlimited specialty dining, unlimited laundry service and afternoon canapés. Two additional Junior Penthouse Suites located forward on deck eight measure 740 square feet and include 602 square feet of wraparound veranda space.
Penthouse Suites measure 1,232 square feet and are situated midship on deck six, each with a 659–square foot veranda. Features include two walk-in closets, separate living and dining areas with panoramic ocean views, a study and a built-in bar. Four additional Penthouse Suites located aft on decks seven and nine measure 1,220 square feet and include 982 square feet of wraparound veranda space.
“One of the features we know our guests will love most is the remarkable amount of open-air space, including expansive wraparound verandas in several suite categories,” said Bernie Leypold, senior vice president of hotel operations at Crystal. “We also focused on creating more intuitive storage throughout, ensuring every item, whether a closet for a world cruise or treasures collected along the way, has a place. This increased flexibility allows guests to truly settle in, relax and feel at home anywhere in the world.”
Crystal Grace is scheduled for delivery on 31 May 2028 and will begin its inaugural sailing on 11 June 2028, following a series of preview voyages. Crystal will introduce additional suite categories soon, including the brand’s first Owner’s Suite, expanding the range of residential-style accommodations aboard the ship.
