The WTTC/Carnival Corporation Global Science Summit on Covid-19 will be hosted by the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and Carnival Corporation from 2pm to 5:30pm GMT (10am to 1:30pm EDT) on 23 July 2020.

Free to attend, the virtual event has been designed specifically for global tourism leaders, WTTC members, government agencies, destination partners and trade and private businesses to share the latest scientific knowledge and evidence-based best practices related to prevention, detection, treatment and mitigation of Covid-19.

The event will feature a series of panels focused on critical areas of science surrounding Covid-19, including epidemiology, transmission, screening and testing, therapeutics, practical risk mitigation measures.

Speakers and panelists will include world-renowned medical, epidemiology and public health experts, members of Scientists to Stop Covid-19 and representatives from policy and business backgrounds.
