Windstar Cruises has updated it Covid-19 procedures so that it no longer requires passengers to take a test before embarkation.
These changes will come into effect for cruises departing on 6 September 2022 and beyond, but are subject to the local regulations of homeports and destinations such as Australia, Canada, Greece and New Zealand.
The cruise line will still require guests to show proof of being fully vaccinated, however.
“Safety and wellness are our first concern, and these new procedures will simplify the process of sailing with us on a fully vaccinated ship,” said Chris Prelog, president of Windstar Cruises.
