Providing effective ship management services is all about staying in motion – continuously evolving to find new ways to keep sailing the right course, both literally and figuratively. That is what innovative ship management company RSR Nemo does day after day to deliver nautical services that facilitate carefree cruising for its clients.

One of the company’s latest moves is to build on the competences it has developed in the river cruise industry and bring its ship management expertise to the sea for the first time.

“Being a learning organisation is in our DNA,” says Oliver Sassen, CEO of RSR Nemo. “We offer a broad spectrum of services and we are constantly refining our ways of working.”

To ensure it provides high-quality services at sea, RSR Nemo is investing in its employees.

“A strong team creates a solid product, so we want to guide people and help them develop to become the best they can be,” says Sassen. “Setting new standards is what drives us. Delivering new standards is what makes our clients grow. Together with our clients, we keep on moving.”
