UnCruise Adventures is to implement IBS Software’s iTravelCruise Enterprise Reservation system to enable it to use real-time data to improve how it packages and personalise services for guests.

The IBS platform will aggregate product data from different sources, including real-time information about customer behaviour, to help UnCruise Adventures package and price its expedition cruise products dynamically across multiple channels.

“At UnCruise Adventures we thrive on exploration and innovation. Our partnership with IBS Software is another exciting step forward, enabling us to harness more data to enhance our systems and our guests’ experiences,” said Captain Dan Blanchard, CEO of UnCruise Adventures. “We believe in being responsive to new horizons and we are eager to set sail with this new integration.”

IBS Software is a long-term partner of UnCruise Adventures, which has been using the IBS Cruise Partner product since 2014.

“It’s a privilege to continue to serve a cherished customer in UnCruise Adventures as it delivers on its ambitions to digitally transform its operations to keep up with the evolving needs of its guests,” said Asish Koshy, head of travel and cruise at IBS Software. “The power to digitally connect and personalise engagement with guests throughout the trip life cycle is vital to not only delight its existing customer base, but also to cater for future generations of adventure cruisers. We’re excited to support UnCruise Adventures in the next stage of their growth.”
