Marine interior specialist Trimline has completed refurbishments onboard a trio of vessels for P&O Cruises Australia.

Earlier this year, Trimline carried out multi-million pound transformations onboard Pacific Dawn and Pacific Explorer. It was subsequently awarded the contract to refurbish Pacific Eden, a project that was completed recently in Singapore.

“Trimline’s determined contribution on our three ship refurbishments this year under tight timelines and challenging design parameters with some lessons learnt along the way for the future has resulted in a fantastic end result,” said Nicolas Lagesse, hotel assets director of technical services for Carnival Australia.

More than 100 Trimline staff took just 12 days to complete a comprehensive scope of works onboard Pacific Eden, including upgrading the two-deck show lounge, the children’s area, Dome bar, the gym, the spa, conference rooms, and the photo gallery.

“We are very proud of the stunning finish we have delivered during the transformations of Pacific Dawn, Pacific Explorer and most recently Pacific Eden,” said Simon Dawkins, key account manager for Trimline. “All three refurbished ships now celebrate modern Australia and feature the new look and feel which has been so popular on P&O’s latest ships.”
