Hamburg-based tour operator SeaTravel has deployed cruisePAL’s central reservation system (CRS), marking a significant milestone in the longstanding partnership between the two firms, which dates back to 2005.

Designed to streamline cruise line operations and elevate the guest experience, cruisePAL offers a user-friendly interface to streamline booking processes and optimise operational workflows. The web-based, cloud-ready solution supports all major reservation functions, including payments and sales invoicing, and reservation modifications. It also eliminates the need for local client installations, facilitating SeaTravel’s flexible work-from-home policies.

This latest implementation follows the May 2025 installation of cruisePAL CRS to Navibelle Cruise’s river cruise ship VistaNova, one of five vessels utilising the services of hospitality and hotel management firm Anqor. In April 2025 cruisePAL’s ship management system (SMS) and point of sale (POS) features have also been deployed to Scenic Azure and Emerald Radiance, two Portuguese river cruise ships operated by Scenic Cruises. So far in 2025, cruisePAL’s SMS/POS solution has been successfully rolled out across an additional 18 vessels, ranging from luxury river cruise ships to ocean expedition vessels.
