Oceania Cruises is to style the three Owner’s Suites and library onboard its new ship Vista with furnishings and accessories from Ralph Lauren Home.

Vista will be the first ship with a library exclusively styled in furnishings and artwork from the design brand.

“The Owner’s Suites and library are signature elements of our brand and having them styled exclusively in Ralph Lauren Home elevates them into truly iconic spaces,” said Bob Binder, president and CEO of Oceania Cruises. “Everything from the furnishings to the accessories and artwork is meant to envelop our guests in style and comfort, creating the ultimate feeling of home.”

The library will be located on Deck 15 of the new ship. The space will feature polished nickel sconces and chandeliers for ambient lighting and sepia equestrian prints decorating the walls, as well as glass walls on either side to provide views of the sea.

Measuring 2,400 square feet, each of the three Owner’s Suites will span the full beam of the ship. A double-door entrance will open into a foyer and dining room, which will feature a floor-to-ceiling, bow-shaped wall of glass overhanging the sea. The centrepiece of the room will be a Brook Street Salon dining table surrounded by a collection of Holbrook Director’s chairs and a polished nickel Chatham pendant chandelier overhead.

The living room will feature wenge walnut flooring, a quartered rosewood cocktail bar with hammered nickel countertop and a lounge area filled with furnishings designed around a nautical theme. A wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling glass wall will be situated at the end of the room, while a wall of glass opening onto a teak veranda will be adjacent to the bar.

Finally, the master bedroom will feature a Cote d’Azur king-size bed, large walk-in closets and a master bath with a large-soaking tub and an ocean-view shower. A second teak veranda is also accessible through the bedroom.

Vista’s inaugural season will begin in April 2023 and the ship will visit more than 24 countries across four continents.
