US-based cruise line Seabourn is offering musical and theatrical performances produced by Belinda King Creative Productions onboard Seabourn Sojourn as part of the Ultimate Alaska summer 2019 season.

Seabourn Sojourn's Grand Salon has been upgraded with new LED screens, a redesigned stage and updated theatrical lighting to enhance the entertainment programme.

Performances will include: ‘Live & Wired’, a concert with live screen visuals of singers and dancers performing a diverse collection of iconic pop songs; ‘Stage and Screen’, a collection of musical theatre numbers from ‘The Greatest Showman’, ‘Ghost’, ‘West Side Story’ and more; ‘World of Wonder’, a tribute to Stevie Wonder; ‘Rock Tonight’,  featuring a selection of classic rock anthems and ballads; and a new take on Seabourn’s award-winning production ‘An Evening with Sir Tim Rice’.

“Alaska and British Columbia are majestic places on the list of ‘must do’ destinations for many travellers and this mix of lively entertainment just adds to the reasons why people should consider visiting in 2019,” said Chris Austin, senior vice president of Global Marketing and Sales for Seabourn.

Other activities during the 11-, 12- and 14-day cruises include Seabourn Conversations, a complimentary enrichment lecture and presentation series and wildlife watching opportunities. The season’s voyages will call exclusive destinations such as Alert Bay and Klemtu, Canada. Guests can explore the Inland Passage and the Kenai Fjords, as well as the Alaskan cities of Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka.
