Regent Seven Seas Cruises is to enhance the guests experience on its ships by introducing a free unlimited valet laundry service for suite guests and almost doubling internet bandwidth across its fleet.

The new laundry services will be available to all guests in the Master and Grand suites from April 2019. Similarly, the luxury cruise line will begin to significantly increase bandwidth from April and complete the expansion project by January 2020. This, combined with a more streamlined log in process, will give guests faster and more reliable access to their ship’s wi-fi network on all devices.

Regent has also created a new digital guest survey, which replaces the paper questionnaires that guests were previously given at the end of their cruise. Guests can use the web-based questionnaire to provide feedback at any time during their voyage and it is automatically sent to the ship’s officers and company leaders in Miami in real time. The new system will be rolled out to all ships by October.

“Nearly doubling bandwidth provides Regent guests with an even faster and easier free internet experience to stay in touch and share their travel experiences with their family, friends and business associates at home while sailing around the world,” says Jason Montague, president and CEO of Regent. “Across our fleet we continue to refine the small details, such as creating a faster internet, including free valet laundry service for Master and Grand Suite guests, and deploying a tool for real-time guest feedback. This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to providing guests with an unrivalled experience.”
