Princess Cruises is to return to Tahiti in autumn 2020 with the 670-guest Pacific Princess after a five-year absence.

Homeporting in Tahiti, Pacific Princess will offer roundtrips to various islands in French Polynesia, including Huahine, Rangiroa and Moorea. Each sailing will include overnight calls in Tahiti’s capital Papeete and Bora Bora, as well as a late-night stay in Raiatea.

“With its volcanic and coral islands, the French Polynesia is always a popular destination for holidaymakers seeking a once in a lifetime experience,” said Tony Roberts, Princess Cruises' vice president for UK and Europe. “With sailings on our smaller ship Pacific Princess, guests can enjoy a more intimate voyage around these remote islands, witnessing first-hand the crystal-clear waters in this unspoilt paradise.”

Pacific Princess will also operate four ‘Grand Adventure & Crossings’ itineraries, which will range in length from 19-35 days, and longer cruises to Hawaii and South America in 2020.
