Princess Cruises has appointed four television stars as godparents for its newest ship, Discovery Princess, which will be christened during a ceremony at the Port of Los Angeles in California, USA, on 29 April.

The godparents include fashion designer Randy Fenoli; chef and cookbook author Alex Guarnaschelli; Adam Savage, a special effects designer, producer, and editor-in-chief and lead content creator at Tested.com; and Page Turner, an entrepreneur, real estate broker, executive producer, TV host, and founder of EGAP Real Estate and Do the Work.

“Bringing together these four experts and personalities to name Discovery Princess for the launch of our newest ship is an exciting moment for Princess,” said John Padgett, president of Princess Cruises. “Our impressive godparents, who represent the best in food, style, wonder and exploration, bring their imaginative and inspirational talents together to celebrate this momentous occasion. We look forward to exploring what we all can do together in the future.”
