Oceania Cruises’ new ‘Grand Voyages’ itineraries will offer travellers the chance to visit bucket-list destinations across the globe throughout 2025. The cruise line has also incorporated an array of once-in-a-lifetime experiences into its shore excursions, including watching Magellanic penguins in Uruguay, snorkelling safaris in Bora Bora Lagoon and a meditation session with a Buddhist in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The itineraries range from 21 to 111 days and will visit destinations in South America, Asia, Oceania, Europe and North America. Passengers can visit Mount Fuji in Japan, the Sydney Opera House in Australia, Borobudur in Indonesia, and more.
Shore excursions have been designed to cater to a variety of interests and include options such as a chef-led foraging and onboard cooking class in Helsinki, Finland, learning Taiji (tai chi) from a master in Shanghai, China, and snorkelling in Ilhabela, Brazil. The cruise line is also offering ‘Go Local’ and ‘Go Green’ shore excursions focused on providing passengers with an authentic experience of the destination they are visiting.
The voyages will be offered by Oceania Cruises’ ships Vista, Marina, Riviera and Allura (which will debut in July 2025), as well as its 670-passenger ships Nautica, Regatta, Sirena and Insignia, which will offer a ‘yacht-like experience’ by calling at smaller ports.
“Our 2025 ‘Grand Voyages’ offer our discerning guests the chance to explore the globe without the constraint of time, immersing themselves deeper into destinations with our enriching shore excursion offerings, before relaxing onboard our small, luxurious ships,” said Frank A. Del Rio, president of Oceania Cruises, which is owned by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. “We are so proud of the incredible ‘Grand Voyages’ on offer in 2025 and can’t wait to welcome our guests onboard.”
