MXP365 has introduced Smart Messaging, a communication tool designed to help cruise lines engage with guests during their journey. Integrated into the MXP365 Digital Guest Journey, the system operates before, during and after each voyage.

Through the MXP365 app, MXP iTV and MXP digital signage, cruise lines can provide notifications, tailored information and personalised promotions. AI-driven recommendations and instant offers encourage guests to participate in onboard activities and experiences.

“Besides MXP365 Messaging unlocking new revenue opportunities, the ships benefit from enhanced operational capabilities,” said Nancy Schwarze, product owner at MXP365.

The platform allows cruise lines to send push alerts about last-minute changes and coordinate group communications for large parties or themed events. They will also be able to promote upgrades, packages and available services to drive additional sales.

MXP365 Messaging is part of the MXP365 Digital Guest Journey, available as a cloud-based or on-premise solution.
