MSC Cruises has awarded one travel agent and one cruise guest with Fiat 500c Pop cars.

The cars, which have a retail value of more than US$21,000, were awarded as part of a spring 2014 promotion, which was open to all guests booking a seven-night Caribbean cruise onboard MSC Divina between 7 April and 18 May 2014, and sailing between 2 August and 27 December 2014. Travel agents were eligible to enter the sweepstake if they initiated new cruise bookings in the same period.

In addition to winning a car, cruise guest Rockne Green from Patterson in California, and travel agent David Huff from Broken Aarow in Oklahoma, were also invited to spend the day onboard MSC Divinia.

“MSC Cruises’ provides a unique product that brings a European flair to the Caribbean market and I love being able to offer that experience to our clients,” said Huff, manager and CEO of Avenues To Travel. “I’m thrilled to be a winner of MSC’s sweepstakes and truly honoured to be able to represent the travel agent community. In the 30 years that I’ve been in the travel business, this is the most exciting event that has happened!”

Green added: “I had a great time when I sailed on MSC Divina and I’d recommend MSC Cruises. I’m beyond excited to win a Fiat and a day onboard MSC Divina – what a wonderful holiday gift!”
