TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff 6 has returned to service and become the first cruise ship to call in Greece following the Covid-19 pandemic.

The ship has arrived at the Port of Heraklion following a suspension of all cruising for the past six months. Safety procedures to identify, isolate and tackle suspected cases of Covid-19 have been implemented based on the contingency plans of the cruise line and port, and comply with both Greek and European health protocols.

Mein Schiff 6 will now embark on a series of seven cruises that will depart from Heraklion every Sunday and call at the Greek ports of Piraeus and Corfu.
