Sales teams can offer personalised recommendations to cruise guests via the new AI features in MarineXchange’s MXP solution

Cruise software firm MarineXchange has included a new sales recommendation engine, powered by artificial intelligence, (AI) in its MXP solution to help cruise operators increase revenue by providing personalised suggestions to guests.

The new AI module uses information about guests, including their preferences and past activities, to provide bespoke recommendations for tours, onboard activities, dining, add-ons and packages.

“We are committed to offering our clients cutting-edge tools to increase revenues and at the same time simplify the management of the entire guest journey,” said Johannes Lindthaler, managing director or MarineXchange. “This advanced technology has the potential to transform how guests plan their onboard experience.”

The solution is integrated into all pre-cruise and onboard digital guest interactions, including those completed using the branded MXP365 BOYD mobile application.
