The Marine Catering Expo, taking place 19-20 June 2019 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida, US will give attendees a chance to hear from over 15 experts as they discuss and debate the industry’s most important issues in a series of focused sessions at Marine Catering Forum. These will cover produce and menus, regulations and designing the perfect galley.

Harry Ostwald, vice president of Specialty at WaterLogic USA, will speak about sustainability at the event.

“I'll be showcasing the positive impact that cruise companies can have by removing single-serve plastic, as well as highlighting the benefits of point-of-use filtration versus plastic bottles,” he said.

The forum will begin after the keynote of the co-located event Cruise Ship Interior Expo, with a session led by RATIONAL’s Mikael Eliasson and direct of Food Systems and Equipment at Royal Caribbean Cruises Paul Fortin.

Other speakers include Maxine Krajniak, vice president of cruise at DSV Air & Sea; Stefania Lallai, director of Sustainability and External Relations at Costa Cruises; Pasi Suvanto, vice president of Sales at SeaKing; and Frank Weber, senior vice president of Hotel Operations at Virgin Voyages.
