Interferry will partner with Chao Phraya Express Boat to host its annual conference in Bangkok, Thailand, from 31 October to 4 November 2026.  The event will connect leaders across the globe to share their expertise on topical issues within the ferry sector.

The conference will include a speakers programme featuring industry leaders, who will discuss topics such as route management, sustainable maritime development and solutions for elevating passenger shipping standards by focusing on vessel design, safety and passenger comfort. Full details of the programme will be announced in July.

There will also be social and networking opportunities, as well as opportunities to explore Thailand’s water transport network and learn about its alignment with Interferry’s focus on urban connectivity and sustainable tourism.

The conference is expected to draw over 400 senior executives, shipowners, and maritime experts, representing more than 270 companies across 40 countries.

“Hosting Interferry 2026 is a significant milestone for the Thai maritime industry and it is a vital opportunity to showcase Thailand’s excellence in safety standards, service quality, and our integrated approach to connecting water transport with the local economy and tourism sectors,” said Supapan Picharionarongsongkram, chairwoman of Chaophraya Express Boat and Supatra Real Estate Group.
