Retail group Harding and P&O Cruises Australia have agreed an extension of their thirteen-year partnership that will see Harding operate all onboard concessions on the cruise line’s ships for a further five years.
All three ships will have the retail offering curated and managed by Harding in cooperation with P&O Cruises Australia and informed by a data and insight programme it has developed over the past five years.
“For the last thirteen years Harding have demonstrated an exemplary partnership approach, with cruise retail understanding, insights and perspectives that are unrivalled in the industry,” said Marguerite Fitzgerald, president of Carnival Australia and P&O Cruises Australia. “We are delighted to be extending the relationship and embrace new thinking, learnings and growth approaches to build on all that has worked so well over the years.”
Pacific Explorer resumed cruising on 31 May 2022 following the pause in operations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Pacific Encounter followed when it started sailing from Brisbane, Australia, in August, with Pacific Adventure set to complete the resumption of sailing when she departs from Sydney, Australia, in October.
