Finnish ports to begin forming Cruise Finland marketing network

Six Finnish ports have come together to begin forming Cruise Finland, a marketing collaboration network that will promote Finland as a cruise destination and raise awareness of the eastern and northern Baltic Sea cruise market.

An initial workshop to begin the process of forming the network was held in the city of Kotka from 13-14 February. Participants included the Port of HaminaKotka; the Port of Mariehamn; the Port of Turku; the Port of Helsinki; representatives of the city of Vaasa; and Business Oulu. Local destination organisations and cruise-related stakeholders will also collaborate in the establishment of the network.
