Explora Journeys will visit 63 destinations across four continents on its inaugural world cruise in 2029. The 128-day journey onboard Explora I will include 44 maiden calls to destinations including Australia and Peru, as well as overnight stays in 12 locations.
‘Endless Worlds’ has been planned to offer guests “a singular, flowing voyage” to enable passengers to “witness the world as a continuous story”, according to Explora Journeys. However, the brand has introduced three journey duration options: the full 128 days from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to Barcelona in Spain from 6 January to 14 May 2029; 112 days from Dubai to New York, concluding on 28 April; or 108 days which ends in Miami, Florida, on 24 April.
The full 128-day world cruise itinerary combines seven journeys: Dubai to Singapore, which enables guests to discover cities, desert landscapes and ports in India before sailing onto Sri Lanka and Langkawi, an archipelago in Malaysia, and on to Sydney, Australia, via Bali and Papua New Guinea. The Sydney to Auckland, New Zealand, journey will offer guests the opportunity to visit vineyards and fjords, while the 17-night sailing from Auckland to Tahiti includes Fiji, the Cook Islands and French Polynesia. From here Explora I will sail to Miami along the west coast of South America, where the ship will sail through the Panama Canal. From Miami, the final 20-night leg of the journey will include a stop in New York before crossing the Atlantic Ocean to call in the Azores, Lisbon in Portugal, and Cadiz in Spain before concluding in Barcelona.

Explora Journeys will offer passengers a specially curated selection of shore excursions, designed to foster a deeper engagement with the local culture. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience nine onboard culinary options, as well as an entertainment programme featuring world-class experts and performers tailored to each new destination.
“Endless Worlds is an invitation to experience the world as one uninterrupted story – a journey that unfolds gradually, gracefully and with an emphasis on continuity,” said Anna Nash, president of Explora Journeys. “Each journey option reflects the signature values of Explora Journeys: unhurried discovery, cultural curiosity, intuitive service and a profound connection to the sea. Whether it’s the spiritual tranquillity found in a Balinese temple or the vast theatre of the open ocean, we are providing a sanctuary from which to witness the world in its most authentic form.”
