Finnish ferry operator Eckerö Group has partnered with Adonis to enhance how it manages crew scheduling and human resources (HR) administration.
Eckerö Group, which provides passenger and car ferry services on the Åland Sea via Eckerö Linjen and the Gulf of Finland via Eckerö Line, will implement Adonis HR to consolidate its HR processes into one system, replacing several other existing HR-based tools that have been used for various operations. Eckerö Group will also be able to manage its workflows by recording time and attendance across its units and divisions, including the seven ships within its fleet.
