De Jorio Design International created the interiors onboard MSC Cruises’ new ship MSC Bellissima, which was built at Chantiers de l'Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France. The studio designed all cabins, suites, apartments and most of the public spaces onboard the ship.

De Jorio has been working with MSC Cruises for almost 20 years and has designed MSC Bellissima to have a few differences to sister ship MSC Meraviglia.

The Eataly restaurant has been replaced by a bistrot and à la carte restaurant, the stage in the Aft Lounge is wider to accommodate the circus acrobatics and dance floor necessary for Cirque du Soleil performances, the VIP Area  mirrors those onboard the Seaside model ships with a large panoramic window, and rock will replace glass panels in the spa.

MSC Bellissima was christened on 2 March by godmother and award-winning actress Sophia Loren in Southhampton, UK.
