Cruise Ship Interiors has opened nominations for its 2026 Future Leaders Programme, an initiative designed to recognise and celebrate emerging talent shaping the future of the cruise interiors industry.

Delivered in partnership with Cruise & Ferry Interiors, the programme shines a spotlight on professionals driving progress through innovation, sustainability, leadership and creative thinking across cruise interior design.

Open to professionals working at cruise lines and design studios, the programme welcomes nominations across disciplines including interior design, project management, procurement, product development, refurbishment, newbuild and innovation.

Successful nominees will receive the title of CSI Future Leader for the full calendar year, alongside official recognition at CSI Design Expo Americas, taking place from 9-10 June at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida, USA. Awardees will also benefit from a tailored content package, including one-to-one interviews and access to exclusive networking opportunities throughout the year.

Anyone in the global design community can submit multiple nominations for free, but suppliers and other industry professionals are not eligible to be nominated themselves. The submissions deadline is midnight on 27 February.

Visit the website for more information or to submit a nomination.
