Co-located with Cruise Ship Interiors Expo America and taking place for the first time under a new name with an expanded focus, Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America (CSH) will be hosted in Florida’s Miami Beach Convention Center from 28-29 October this year.
After nearly a year of online-only meetings, visitors will be able to meet exhibitors from across the entire hospitality supply chain in person, including those who provide solutions for restaurants, galleys and food and beverage, guest experience, hospitality and technology.
At the Cruise Conversations conference stage, industry leaders will discuss the key topics of today and the future, including the role that hospitality will play in reviving the cruise sector as operations gradually restart around the world.
Hospitality and operations designers and suppliers are at the forefront of the industry’s key trends, from waste reduction and sustainability to guest experience. Walk the show floor with all the major cruise brands and discover unique products, game-changing innovation and purpose-led design. CSH will also introduce a dedicated Health & Hygiene Zone, which will be sponsored by medical solutions provider Vikand. It will focus on answering one of the most important questions of the cruise industry’s history: how can it safely resume service and ensure customer confidence? The zone will provide a platform to promote innovative solutions for handwashing, improving air quality, infection prevention and more.
CSH will take place in accordance with Covid-19 best practices and global health recommendations.
