Crystal Cruises has launched its own app to allow guests to explore details of the its itineraries and find ship-specific information during their cruises.
A range of information will be available on the app, including points of interests, deck plans, movies, music and dining options, among other details.
When onshore, users will be able to access Crystal Cruises’ library of digital brochures. Once they have selected their preferred voyage, they will be connected to a travel advisor to continue the booking process.
“We created the Crystal app to cater to the many savvy travellers who are constantly on the go and appreciate having all the information and choices available at their fingertips,” said Carmen Roig, senior vice president of marketing and sales at Crystal Cruises. “It’s another facet to the intuitive and anticipatory experience that guests enjoy aboard our ships, further streamlining the process of finding the very best journeys for each traveller.”
