Cruise Saudi is to implement travel technology provider Versonix’s reservation and management systems for its new brand, Aroya Cruises.

Versonix’s reservation system will provide Aroya Cruises travellers with a user-friendly online booking platform with real-time availability updates, transparent pricing and customisation options.

Meanwhile, the Versonix management system will help Aroya Cruises optimise every aspect of its operations, from crew management to inventory control. According to the cruise operator, this will enable it to deliver “exceptional service and exceed guest expectations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance”.

These systems will enable Aroya Cruises, which was launched in June 2023, to collect and analyse guest data, preferences and interaction history. The brand aims to use these insights to personalise and continuously improve the guest experience.

“We are thrilled to partner with Aroya Cruises and help them revolutionise the cruise industry in Saudi Arabia,” said Yuri Polissky, COO of Versonix. “Our advanced technology solutions will empower Aroya Cruises to offer a new level of luxury and personalisation to their guests. We are confident that our partnership will establish Aroya Cruises as the leading cruise line in the region and contribute to the growth of the Saudi Arabian tourism industry.”
