Cruise Forward Summit 2026 will bring together cruise line executives, ports, destinations, suppliers and industry partners in Miami, Florida, from 27-30 October 2026 to discuss the operational, technical and regulatory challenges shaping the future of cruising.
Organised by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), and with classification society RINA as a presenting partner, the four-day event will focus on collaboration, innovation and practical solutions across the global cruise industry.
Held for the third consecutive year in Miami, the summit is a forum dedicated to the operational side of cruising. CLIA describes the event as “the place where cruise operations move forward”, bringing together member cruise lines, executive partners and invited guests to exchange knowledge, strengthen relationships and share best practice across the sector.
The programme is expected to address a wide range of topics affecting cruise operations, including sustainability, technical innovation, regulatory developments, destination management, port infrastructure, supply chain resilience and the adoption of digital technologies. By bringing together decision-makers from across the cruise ecosystem, the event aims to encourage discussion on the practical steps needed to support the industry's continued growth while improving operational performance and the guest experience.
Alongside conference sessions, attendees will have opportunities to participate in networking events, technical discussions and meetings designed to connect cruise operators with ports, destinations, suppliers and service providers.
RINA will deliver a welcome address during the main plenary and host a dedicated technical session focusing on engineering, regulation and innovation.
