CroisiEurope will introduce two new itineraries onboard its 81-guest paddlewheel ship, the R.E. Waydelich L.J, from 2026.

The five-night ‘Little Gems of the Seine’ itinerary is a roundtrip from Paris and includes visits to the Île de la Cité, one of two natural islands in the Seine; Château de Fontainebleau, the former residence of kings and emperors; the gardens of Claude Monet in Giverny; and the village of La Roche-Guyon in northern France. Departures will be available between March and November 2026.

The seven-night ‘The History of France’ itinerary is another roundtrip from Paris, sailing to Normandy. The cruise has been curated to provide passengers with a mix of heritage, nature and art with visits to royal castles, Norman villages and historic cities. It includes calls to Melun, Mantes-La-Jolie, Caudebec-en-Caux, Rouen and La Roche Guyon and visits to the Versailles and Fontainebleau estates, Monet’s gardens in Giverny, and the MuséoSeine, as well as many of the destinations included in the ‘Little Gems of the Seine’ cruise. Departures are available between April and September 2026.

R.E. Waydelich L.J, which was built in 2018, features 42 cabins, a restaurant, lounge bar with dance floor and a spacious sun deck. It is the third paddlewheel ship in the CroisiEurope fleet.
