Costa Cruises is to base multiple ships in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe during the 2024 season.

Three ships will be sailing week-long voyages in the Western Mediterranean. From late March 2024, Costa Smeralda will be departing every from Genoa, Italy, every Friday whilst sister ship, Costa Toscana, will be departing from Savona, Italy, every Saturday. Both itineraries will include stops in Marseille, France, and Barcelona, Spain, amongst other destinations and will both conclude in Civitavecchia in Rome, Italy.

The third ship, Costa Pacifica, will be sailing from May and will also depart from Savona each Saturday, but will travel to Civitavecchia first before exploring Corsica and Marseille in France and Palma de Mallorca and Valencia in Spain.

Meanwhile, Costa Deliziosa will sail in the Eastern Mediterranean, calling at Venice and Bari in Italy, as well as the Greek islands of Santorini, Mykonos and Katakolon.

Three additional ships will sail in Northern Europe in summer 2024. Costa Diadema will offer week-long itineraries from Kiel, Germany, to Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Norwegian fjords. Meanwhile, Costa Favolosa will offer four different itineraries from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, visiting Greenland, Iceland, the Lofoten Islands or England and Ireland. Costa Fascinosa will operate 12-day cruises in the North Cape and nine-day cruises to the Baltic region.

In addition, Costa Deliziosa will embark on an ‘Around the world cruise’ in December 2024 and travel to destinations in the Southern Hemisphere, such as Brazil, Tierra del Fuego, Australia, New Zealand, Polynesia and South Africa.
