Coastlink Conference 2024 will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Coastlink Conference will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on 24 and 25 April 2024.  

The event will feature a host of speakers sharing insights into a number of leading sector topics, including the implementation of green corridors, supply chain logistics and the energy transition.  

The conference will focus on the vital role of short sea and feeder shipping and the intermodal transport networks that support the sector. It is expected to open on Wednesday 24 April with a welcome address from the host of the 2024 conference, the Port of Amsterdam. Day one will also include keynote addresses from: Andima Ormaetxe, director for operations, commercial and logistics at Port of Bilbao in Spain; Johan-Paul Verschuure, director of Rebel Ports & Logistics; and Kari-Pekka Laaksonen, group CEO at Samskip. 

Day two will examine the key subject of ‘Ports As Enablers – Facilitating The Energy Transition For Shipping & The Supply Chain’ with Pavan Chhabra, head of hubs – Europe at Maersk; Maurice Delattre, area manager at Port of Amsterdam; and Patrick Walison, senior consultant at Royal HaskoningDHV.
