Celebrity Cruises has revealed the name, menu and interior design details of its first exclusive Suite Class restaurant.

To be introduced to ships in April, Luminae will offer exclusive menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which will feature locally sourced regional and seasonal ingredients inspired by the destinations on Celebrity’s itineraries. Each menu item will only be featured once during a two-week cruise “

Everything about Luminae embodies an inspirational culinary journey for our guests,” said John Suley, James Beard-featured executive chef at Celebrity Cruises. “We want them to savour soulful, technique-driven cuisine, while enjoying warm and personalised service in a relaxed, stylish setting. “Every menu has been precisely designed with our guests’ varied palates in mind and we hope they will love our informal, luxury dining experience.”

Guests can also enjoy gourmet chocolates and desserts, while some signature dishes will be prepared at the tableside.

Luminae’s dedicated sommelier has also prepared a wine list, which includes more than 400 varieties from across the world.
