Carnival Cruise Line's Carnival Legend has returned to Australia to sail itineraries from Sydney for the third consecutive year.

Carnival Legend arrived in Sydney on 11 October following a 17-night South Pacific cruise, which departed Honolulu in Hawaii on 23 September and visited ports in Tahiti, Fiji and New Caledonia. She joins sister ship Carnival Spirit, which is homeported in Sydney year-round.

The vessel will be based in Sydney until 1 April 2017, sailing a variety of three- to five-night cruises and 7-12 night voyages around the South Pacific. In January 2017, Carnival Legend will operate a 10-night New Zealand voyage, during which she will make four inaugural port calls.
