Carnival Cruise Line and DXC Technology have announced a multi-year agreement for the global technology services provider to manage the cruise line’s core IT infrastructure.
DXC will manage infrastructure across all operational environments, including shipboard systems, shoreside offices and port facilities. Tools and services provided will be tailored to support both Carnival’s workforce and the guest experience it provides.

Services will include workplace support, IT service management, infrastructure operations and security risk management, delivered alongside cybersecurity, automation support and a scalable model across all operations. DXC will aim to improve resilience and ensure operational consistency across the company.
