Carnival Cruise Line is enhancing its menus for the main dining rooms across its fleet.

Emeril Lagasse, chief culinary officer for Carnival, has worked with the culinary team to evaluate every aspect of the fleet’s dining offerings to plan new options. They include larger portions and salad options for entrees, as well as additional vegetarian offerings.

Some of the new menus will also include options from Carnival’s popular speciality dining restaurants so that guests can experience the variety of food that is offered across the line’s ships.

The enhancements were piloted on Carnival Dream on 17 June and will be rolled out fleetwide by autumn 2023.
