Medical, epidemiological and public health experts will share latest insights on virus mitigation practices

Carnival Corporation and the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) are to host a free live virtual scientific summit on Covid-19 on 15 April 2021.
Taking place from 3-6pm (GMT), the 2021 Global Scientific Summit on Covid-19 will be open to participants around the world and will be sponsored by global hospitality company Hilton Worldwide Holdings. It will bring together world-renowned medical, epidemiological and public health experts to share the latest evidence-based insights on epidemiology, screening, testing and tracing, therapeutics, vaccines, practical prevention and mitigation practices and more. Discussions will focus on how to address the ongoing questions about how the virus will affect society, travel and day-to-day activities in the future.

The event will be targeted at global tourism leaders, WTTC members, government agencies, destination partners, trade and private businesses who want to use the information to help them develop practical science-based solutions for mitigating Covid-19.
