Carnival Cruise Line’s newest ship, Carnival Celebration, is to feature a new line-up of entertainment options when it debuts in November. Offerings will include new production shows, aerialist acts, game shows, parties and events.

“At home, when the sun goes down, normally it’s time to wind down, but not on a Carnival cruise,” said Chris Nelson, vice president of entertainment for Carnival Cruise Line. “We wanted to give our guests new reasons to celebrate nights at sea with us on Carnival Celebration and have designed a collection of new shows and other types of entertainment where eye-catching aerialists, cutting-edge technology and next-level talent will dazzle our guests every evening.”

Highlights from the new Playlist Productions and Center Stage offerings will include ‘The Most Magnificent Circus’, a theatrical circus experience featuring aerial performances; ‘Color My World – An Indie Rock and Pop Love Story’, a performance blending dance, music and painting; ‘Visual Symphony’, a show using 16 moving LED screens, lasers and classical rock music; and ‘Rio Carnival’ a high-energy performance featuring Latin pop songs in both Portuguese and English.

The ship will also see the debut of several new game shows, including ‘What’s Age Got to Do With It’ a question and answer trivia show that will team up parents and children. In ‘Cash Bash’, guests can win cash prizes as they compete in challenges and interactive activities, while ‘Guess that Groove’ will challenge guests on their music knowledge and dance skills.

A new ‘Celebration Happy Hour’ party will be held at the Latitudes Bar, while an ‘Evolution’ dance party will be hosted by the ship’s professional DJ.

Carnival Celebration will debut in November 2022 from the redesigned Terminal F at PortMiami, the line’s third terminal at the port, and the largest in South Florida. The ship will launch year-round, seven-day cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean from 21 November.
