Brittany Ferries has rolled out Moment’s entertainment platform to additional vessels within the fleet following successful initial deployment onboard its Salamanca, Pont Aven and Santona ferries.
The expanded agreement between Brittany Ferries and Moment now covers six vessels, most notably hybrid ferries Saint-Malo and Guillaume de Normandie. Since the rollout to additional vessels, onboard content viewing time per passenger is up by more than 20 per cent year-on-year, according to Moment figures.
Brittany Ferries’ passengers travelling between France, England, Ireland and Spain can access a range of onboard entertainment and digital services directly from their personal devices through Moment’s MOOD and MOOD TV platforms. The service also enables Brittany Ferries to offer a regularly refreshed international content selection tailored to its diverse passenger mix, including French, Spanish and English-speaking travellers.
“Onboard entertainment has become part of how passengers experience the crossing, not an add-on,” said Steven Perrot, commercial project manager at Brittany Ferries. “Extending it to Saint-Malo and Guillaume de Normandie as we renew the fleet was a natural step, so passengers get the same standard of experience across more of our routes.”

“Expanding our collaboration with Brittany Ferries underscores Moment’s continued expansion in the maritime industry,” said Tanguy Morel, co-founder and CEO at Moment. “In a sector that reached a new historic high in 2025, ferry crossings are no longer simply about getting from one destination to another, they have become part of the travel experience itself. Travellers increasingly expect seamless connectivity and high-quality, personalised entertainment throughout their time onboard. Our ambition is to help maritime operators elevate the passenger experience through premium digital services that enhance both engagement and the overall value of the journey.”
