Software company Versonix Seaware is to provide luxury cruise line Azamara with a new reservation system that will optimise its booking process and improve sales, marketing and revenue yield management.

As part of a new partnership that will start in January 2023, Versonix Seaware will collaborate with Azamara to develop a customer-centric, revenue management-driven reservations platform for travel advisors and guests. It will simplify the booking processes and improve the user experience.

“We are very pleased to officially partner with Versonix Seaware to provide a more seamless customer experience for our travel partners when booking with Azamara,” said Carol Cabezas, president of Azamara. “We’re focused on creating a smooth transition for travel advisors and guests to our new Seaware reservations platform.”

Azamara is one of many cruise operators to work with Versonix Seaware, which already powers reservations for more than 100 ships and 20 million passengers worldwide each year.

“We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with Azamara, and to be part of its new and differentiated experiences for guests and travel agents,” said Yuri Polissky, Versonix Seaware’s chief operating officer. “Versonix Seaware will be arming Azamara to deliver world-class service to travel agents and guests, while providing a seamless and hassle-free reservations booking experience. In addition, Versonix Seaware will enable Azamara to enhance its Destination Immersion experiences even further.”
