Antigua Cruise Port is experiencing its busiest month ever and expects to receive 76 calls and over 160,000 passengers by the end of January 2024.

P&O Cruises’ Arvia completed the port’s first turnaround call of the year on 13 January, while SeaDream Yacht Club’s SeaDream II completed its first homeporting operation at the Nevis Street Pier on 14 January.

On 18 January, Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady made its inaugural call to the port. A traditional plaque exchange ceremony was held onboard the ship while it was docked at Heritage Quay. It was attended by Captain Justin Lawes; Cynthia Jacobs-Browne, Antigua Cruise Port officer-in-charge; Charles Fernandez, Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, and Investment; and Colin James, CEO of Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority.
