Marine outfitting contractor Almaco has completed upgrades to 255 cabins and 64 suites onboard Phoenix Reisen’s cruise vessel Artania.

The work took place while the German tour operator’s ship was in dry dock in Marseille, France, and was completed within four weeks. The team installed new carpets, furniture and fabrics, and also carried out electrical work and wall modifications.

“Almaco’s expertise and long experience in cabin refurbishment was of great importance in making the project run smoothly,” said Eric Guiot, project manager at Almaco. “Both Phoenix Reisen and Almaco are very proud of our refurbishment team and the work performed onboard Artania.”
