Adventure Canada has migrated to the latest cruisePAL CRS/CRM platform.

The family-owned Canadian operator, founded in 1987, runs small-ship expedition cruises to destinations including the Canadian Arctic, Greenland, and Atlantic Canada. The company had been using the legacy cruisePAL Central Reservation System and Customer Relationship Management platforms since 2018. Adventure Canada has completed the transition to the updated system, following a coordinated process across multiple teams and regions to ensure continuity of operations.

The cruisePAL suite is a cloud-based, web-accessible platform that integrates reservations and customer management. It supports call centre operations, loyalty programme administration, marketing campaigns, and provides a consolidated view of passenger data. Being web-based, the system can be accessed from any location without local client installation, enabling centralised management of customer interactions.

Adventure Canada’s staff played an active role throughout the implementation, contributing to system testing and operational transition. The upgrade ensures the operator maintains a fully integrated reservation and customer management platform to support its expedition cruise programmes.
