MSC Cruises and Air France KLM have signed a letter of intent to offer passengers a fly and cruise service.

Air France KLM’s executive vice president of commercial, sales and marketing, Patrick Alexandre and senior vice president of Europe and North Africa, Henri de Peyrelongue, joined Pierfrancesco Vago, MSC Cruises’ executive chairman and Gianni Onorato, MSC Cruises’ CEO in Geneva to sign the agreement.

“MSC Cruises calls in 180 ports worldwide, and we are proud to bring our ships close to MSC travellers’ homes,” said Vago. “However, as we increasingly diversify our product offerings and reach new destinations, the combination of fly and cruise will become essential. We are therefore pleased to be taking this step with Air France KLM, expanding and complementing our network operations.”
