OneSpaWorld is to be the exclusive provider of spa, salon, medi-spa and fitness services onboard Crystal’s two ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, from June 2023.
OneSpaWorld, which worked with the Crystal brand for more than 20 years before it was acquired by A&K Travel Group in 2022, will also operate the Aurōra Spa, a new spa concept designed in collaboration with Tillberg Design of Sweden. The spa redesign is one of many extensive renovations that have been carried out onboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity before the vessels resume service this summer.

The agreement with OneSpaWorld also includes any additional Crystal vessels coming into service during the five-year term.
