Seabourn Cruise Line opened the first of its new signature restaurants, The Grill by Thomas Keller, onboard Seabourn Quest on 21 May.

Featuring a wine list and menu inspired by a classic American chophouse, The Grill is a collaboration between three-star Michelin chef Thomas Keller and designer Adam D. Tihany, exclusively for Seabourn. The menu includes American chophouse classics and other steakhouse favourites, while the wine list features more than 90 wines from around the world and has been curated by Keller to complement each dish.

“The opening of The Grill by Thomas Keller marks the start of a new chapter in Seabourn’s long history of award-winning cuisine,” said Richard Meadows, president of Seabourn. “We are excited for guests to enjoy the restaurant’s top-quality ingredients matched by a tremendous wine list, while traveling the world with Seabourn.”

Located on Deck 8 in the space formerly occupied by Restaurant 2, the restaurant has interiors designed by Adam D. Tihany that are ‘defined by intimate settings with an elegant and warm masculine quality’.

The Grill will open for dinner each evening and guests will be able to reserve tables in advance of their cruise. In keeping with Seabourn's all-inclusive rates, there is no additional charge to dine at the specialty restaurant.
