P&O Ferries has launched a new ‘grab and go’ menu with ingredients sourced from British suppliers on all of its ferries that operate in the English Channel and North Sea.

The ferry operator has partnered with Soho Sandwich Company to create a range of sandwiches and salads that include meat sourced from Britain and accredited by Red Tractor Assured Food Standards, free range British Lion-accredited eggs and cheese from Barbers Farmhouse.

“One of the main reasons why so many people sail with us to travel to and from their summer holiday in Europe is that they can break their journey for a few hours and enjoy a first-class meal onboard,” said Sarah Rosier, director of Passenger Sales at P&O Ferries. “This new and quintessentially British menu will enable our customers to eat high quality fresh food quickly and easily at the beginning and end of their trip abroad.”
